Most clients book combined photo and video coverage. We staff each event with both a lead photographer and a cinematographer, working from the same producer-led brief and the same call sheet. Stills and motion captured at the same moments, edited to one consistent look.
Photography deliverables: every original frame in a private gallery within 24 hours, retouched selects within five business days, in five aspect ratios per portrait. Video deliverables: a polished recap reel within 10 to 15 business days, plus optional sizzle films, executive interviews and social cut-downs. Subtitled in EN, TR or both. We set up a mobile studio at your event venue or office — backdrop, key/fill/rim lighting, capture monitor, dedicated retoucher — so all headshots have a consistent look across every executive, even when the shoot spans months.
A typical sitting is six to eight minutes per subject. Thirty or more sittings in a single session is standard. Each subject reviews their selects on a tethered monitor before leaving the chair, so there are no surprises in delivery.

How much does corporate event photography cost in Istanbul?
Pricing depends on the length of the event, the size of your crew, the number of deliverables, and whether video is included. Half-day coverage is common for smaller events; multi-day conferences typically use a producer plus two photographers. Send us your brief and we return a written quote within one business day.
How quickly do we receive the photos?

Do you sign NDAs and handle confidential events?
Routinely — board meetings, M&A signings, IPO ceremonies, internal product launches. We sign your NDA before any call sheet circulates, deliver via encrypted time-limited galleries, and can issue a written take-down on request.
How do you handle live broadcast or live image transfer?
For events that need press images during the run-of-show, we shoot tethered and push selects to your communications team or press desk within minutes of capture. Discuss this in the intro call so we configure the right network setup.
Can you cover events outside Istanbul?
Yes. We have dedicated coverage for Antalya, Bodrum and Cappadocia, with same-week dispatch to Ankara, İzmir and other major Turkish cities. One contract, one producer, one consistent house style across multi-city offsites.
