These Terms of Service govern the use of the Türkiye FotoShoot website and the booking of photography or videography services. By using this website or confirming a project, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and Bookings

• Quotes are based on the scope, location, dates, deliverables, and usage needs described at the time of inquiry.
• A project is considered booked when the scope is confirmed in writing and any required deposit or advance payment is received.
• Additional hours, crew, editing, travel, licensing, or file-delivery requirements may be quoted separately if they fall outside the original scope.

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Clients should notify Türkiye FotoShoot as soon as possible if dates, venues, or schedules change.
• Rescheduling is handled subject to availability and any costs already committed for crew time, travel, permits, rentals, or preparation.
• Cancellations may result in partial or full loss of deposits when time has been reserved or production costs have already been incurred.
• Neither party is responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, government actions, or safety issues.

Production and Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for securing venue access, permissions, schedules, and internal approvals needed for the assignment.
• Clients must identify any confidentiality, brand, safety, or access restrictions before the shoot begins.
• Türkiye FotoShoot may adjust coverage in response to on-site conditions, safety concerns, or schedule changes while aiming to protect the agreed deliverables.

Delivery and Licensing

• Original photographs are typically delivered within 24 hours for all jobs unless a different timeline is confirmed in writing.
• Edited videos are usually delivered within 10 to 15 business days unless another schedule is agreed in writing.
• Final delivery format, retouching level, file counts, and usage rights depend on the accepted quote or written agreement.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in produced materials remains with Türkiye FotoShoot and the client receives the agreed business-use license after full payment is received.

Confidentiality

Türkiye FotoShoot treats confidential business information with care. NDA-backed projects can be accommodated when requested before production. We may decline to publish or reference sensitive assignments when confidentiality obligations apply.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

All text, images, branding, and design elements on this website are owned by Türkiye FotoShoot or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute website content without prior written consent. You also agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful content through it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Türkiye FotoShoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed access, third-party services, or project issues outside reasonable control. Total liability for a booked assignment is limited to the amount paid for that assignment, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
